Gated Community for Having Fun in the Sun
Entrance to the Beach Dreams villages is provided off of Route 1 in Wells over a paved and well landscaped boulevard. We provide gated access to the property to ensure privacy for our owners and guests. Each of our villages is named to remind all of us why we are here. The villages vary in number of cottages and are placed in a beautiful setting for you to enjoy.
The Dream Club is where your family will have a central location to meet, spend time with other families, have a barbeque or relax while the kids or your friends swim in the pool. We have multiple meeting areas within the building, bathrooms and a game room complete with video games and pool tables for the adults. We have installed a flat screen TV over the fireplace where many members congregate to cheer on our favorite boys of summer, the Red Sox. Our fitness room is fully furnished with state of the art equipment so you can maintain your routine while enjoying your summer vacation. Nearby are our men’s and woman’s locker rooms on the lower level.
Our second club house, Dream Club II is exclusive to adult owners only and sports an additional pool, an in-ground hot tub and men’s and women’s bathrooms. Built for relaxation, this facility has a sitting area around a fireplace to kick back and read a good book or enjoy quiet conversation.
